PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OUR WEBSITE OR CLICKING THE “I ACCEPT ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS” BOX, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. Tickets will be delivered via email. You must present a valid Ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, to attend the Tour. Failure to do so may result in denied entry.

6. Refunds and Exchanges

6.1 Unless stated otherwise, Orders cannot be canceled after confirmation and are non-refundable.

6.2 If a Tour is canceled or rescheduled by us, you are entitled to a refund or credit (minus any transaction fees). Refunds must be claimed within 1 month. Credits are valid for up to 2 years from the original booking date.

6.3 No refunds for lost or stolen Tickets.

6.4 You are responsible for providing accurate contact information to receive notifications about cancellations or changes.

6.5 Tickets are non-transferable.

7. Conduct on a Tour

7.1 Tours may include third-party venues. You must follow all venue rules, policies, and safety instructions. Notify guides of allergies or dietary restrictions.
